Mission statement

As a group of clinicians and scientists committed to epilepsy research, our aim is to address important clinical issues in epilepsy, driven by the genetics and biology underlying both normal brain structure and function, and their disruption associated with epilepsy. Recognising the need for large-scale studies for genetics research in epilepsy to progress, we have formed an international collaboration with the intention of promoting research and advancing knowledge and education through international efforts.We meet regularly to review progress and work out strategies for new projects.
